This page will show how we build a custom motorcycle frame, each part built is made to the customers specs and can be altered to fit there needs. We hope this give some incite on what goes into each frame we build for you.  As you can see the jigs use a 1 inch base plate to insure your frame will not twist during the welding proses, all of the welding is TIG for the best weld. The use of 1020 DOM tubbing is another way you get the best frame possible. I will add more to this page in coming days so check back often.
